Fees & Policies Disclosure

Welcome to the Homeopathy Health Hub Fees & Policies page. These policies help ensure clarity, fairness, and trust between us and our clients. By booking services or purchasing goods through Homeopathy Health Hub, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Standard Fees & Service Rates
- Acute / Short Consult — $50 USD for 30 minutes, as listed on the homepage.
- Initial Consultation (Full Case / Chronic Cases) — Typically lasts 1 - 1.5 hours, including detailed case-taking, life history, general exam, and remedy planning.
- Follow-Up Consultations — Usually about 30 minutes, inclusive of re-assessment, adjustments, and further remedy discussion.
- Remedies / Dispensed Medicines — Remedies are dispensed (or ordered) as part of your consultation. If a remedy is not in stock, it will be ordered and delivered (often at no extra charge).
Note: These fees are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the case, duration, or additional requirements.
2. Discounts & Special Pricing
- Discounts are offered up to 50% for select groups (students, unemployed, special needs, senior citizens, etc.).
- $50 off promotions are given during national holidays (USA / India) or via seasonal coupon campaigns.
- Additional coupons or promotional codes may be sent (via email, text, or social media) throughout the year.
- Homeopathy Health Hub may negotiate or customize payment plans, especially in cases of financial hardship.

3. Appointment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Booking & Confirmation: All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel free of charge at any time (per the FAQ statements).
- To avoid disruptions and allow others to book, we request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- No-Shows / Late Cancellations: If you fail to attend or cancel too close to your scheduled time, you may forfeit the consultation fee or be subject to a cancellation charge (to be determined case-by-case).
- If we (the practitioner or clinic) must cancel within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund or reschedule opportunity.
4. Payment Terms & Methods
Fees are due at the time of booking or before service delivery unless alternative arrangements are made.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo, Credit Card, or via FSA/HSA if applicable and allowed.
- If there are transaction or processing fees associated with a payment method (e.g. credit card fees), those may be passed to the client.
- For remedy kits or custom-made items, payment is required when the order is placed or before shipment.
5. Refunds & Returns
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service time has begun.
- If you cancel sufficiently in advance, you may be eligible for a refund (minus transaction costs).
- Remedies, kits, or dispensed medicines are non-refundable once shipped or dispensed.
- In rare cases where a remedy cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative or refund for the remedy portion.
6. Service Scope & Nature of Care
- Homeopathy Health Hub provides homeopathic, complementary, and alternative services, not conventional medical diagnosis or treatment.
- Remedies used follow classical homeopathic principles.
- You are free to continue or seek conventional medical or veterinary care at any time.
- Providers may determine a case is unsuitable for homeopathic-only care; in such a scenario, you will be advised to seek further professional medical attention.
7. Discounts & Policies Disclaimers
- All discounts and offers are at the sole discretion of Homeopathy Health Hub and may change or expire without prior notice.
- Discounts cannot be retroactively applied after services are delivered.
- Offers may exclude certain high-cost or premium services.
- Payment plans or special arrangements do not waive compliance with cancellation or refund policies.
8. Additional Terms
- Homeopathy Health Hub may require clients to sign a General Consent Form prior to the first service.
- Clients may request invoices or case summaries on written request.
- The content, conditions, and structure on this page may be updated; the “Effective Date” above indicates the latest version.
- All policies are governed by the same governing law and dispute resolution terms as in your Master Terms & Conditions.
