1. Practitioner Disclosure

Dr. Queenita Fernandes is a Certified Homeopathic Practitioner in the United States and a Registered/Licensed Homeopath from India. She is not a licensed physician or surgeon in the U.S. and offers services that are alternative or complementary to healing arts licensed by the State of California, under California Business and Professions Code Sections 2053.5 and 2053.6 (Health Freedom Act, SB-577).

2. Nature of Services

The services provided are based on the principles of Classical Homeopathy, as described in Samuel Hahnemann’s Organon of Medicine (5th and 6th Editions).
Homeopathic remedies are available over-the-counter and are regulated by the U.S. FDA as homeopathic preparations.

4. Client Acknowledgment

By using the services of Homeopathy Health Hub or scheduling a consultation, you acknowledge that:

• The services offered differ from those provided by a medical doctor or other licensed healthcare professional.
• You are free to seek or continue medical care from any licensed physician or healthcare provider.
• No advice given should be interpreted as a directive to discontinue or avoid conventional medical treatment.
• You authorize and consent to receiving homeopathic care, understanding that no guarantee of outcome is expressed or implied.

5. Financial Responsibility

• You understand that insurance does not typically cover homeopathic services.
• All consultation fees, remedies, and incidental costs are your responsibility and are due at the time of service.
• Payments may be made via cash, check, Zelle, or Venmo. FSA/HSA or credit cards may incur additional charges.
• Missed appointments not canceled 24 hours in advance may be billed.

6. Confidentiality

All personal health information shared with Homeopathy Health Hub is strictly confidential, except as required by law. Records are maintained securely for at least three years in accordance with state regulations.

7. Client Release & Consent

You understand that homeopathy, lifestyle, and nutritional guidance are educational and complementary services—not medical diagnosis or treatment. You agree to take full responsibility for your own health decisions, including the use of any foods, supplements, homeopathic remedies, or therapies discussed during consultations. You hereby release Homeopathy Health Hub and Dr. Queenita Fernandes from any liability arising from participation in these services.

8. Optional Media Consent

You may be invited to consent (in writing) for case studies, photographs, or videos to be used for educational or promotional purposes. No images, videos, or information will ever be shared without your explicit written approval.

9. Legal Notice

These services are provided under the California Health Freedom Act (SB-577), which allows individuals to receive alternative and complementary care from unlicensed practitioners who meet disclosure requirements.
Homeopathy is not a substitute for emergency or urgent medical care.

2. Scope & Acceptance of Terms

1. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, whether as a visitor, client, or practitioner.
2. Your use of the Site, or booking consultations, indicates that you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific services.
3. We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated versions on the Site. The revised Terms take effect upon posting, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. Services & Relationship

3.1 Nature of the platform / service model

HomeoNow provides a platform / service connecting clients with homeopathic practitioners and delivering homeopathic consultations, guidance, remedies, and related content.
Our role is not to practice conventional medicine, but to facilitate alternative/complementary homeopathic services.

3.2 Independent agreement with practitioners / consultations

When you purchase a consultation, the contract is between you and the specific practitioner providing the service.
That practitioner may require you to accept their own terms of service or disclaimer in addition to these Terms.

3.3 No substitute for medical care

The content and services provided by HomeoNow and its practitioners are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
In case of emergencies or serious symptoms, you must seek care from a licensed medical professional or call emergency services immediately.

4. User Requirements & Conduct

4.1 User Responsibilities

By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age and capacity to enter into these Terms, or you have obtained valid consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• All information you provide is truthful, complete, and kept current at all times.
• You will use the Site and its services only for lawful and intended purposes and will not engage in any misuse or unauthorized activity, including (but not limited to) hacking, data scraping, spamming, impersonation, or uploading harmful or malicious content.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Site or its content for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, or in violation of these Terms.
• Violate or infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other legal rights of any individual or entity.
• Post, upload, or submit any false, misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate information or materials.

4.3 Indemnification Clause

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold HomeoNow and its affiliates harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property & License

1. All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is owned or licensed by HomeoNow or third parties and protected by copyright, trademark, and other rights.
2. You are permitted to access, view, and temporarily download or print one copy of pages for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. You may not:
   • Reproduce, duplicate, distribute, publish, adapt, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any content without express written permission.
   • Use the content for commercial resale or distribution without authorization.

6. Booking, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

6.1 Booking & Fees

• To book a consultation, you must pay the fee specified at the time of booking.
• Payment must be made via accepted methods (e.g. credit card, online payment gateway).
• Booking is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

6.2 Cancellation & Refunds

• If you cancel a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, we will refund the fee, minus any transaction or card fees.
• If cancellation is less than 24 hours before, we may retain the fee (or part thereof) as a cancellation charge.
• If we cancel your booking less than 24 hours before, we will refund you in full (minus any reasonable transaction fees).

6.3 Missed Appointments / No-shows

If you fail to attend or respond at the scheduled time, the consultation fee may be forfeited.

6.4 Inappropriate Cases / Suitability

If during a consultation the practitioner determines your condition is not suitable for remote / homeopathic-only care (e.g. requires urgent medical attention), then a refund (full or partial) will be at the discretion of the practitioner or HomeoNow, consistent with applicable law.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

7.1 No warranty

The Site & services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access.

7.2 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeoNow and its practitioners are not liable for any damages, costs, losses, or claims arising from your use of the Site or consultations (including indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages).
In jurisdictions where certain liabilities cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted.

7.3 Third-party services / links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or tools. We are not responsible for their content or actions, and linking does not imply endorsement.

3. Assignment — You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. HomeoNow may assign them to a successor or affiliate.
4. Survival — Provisions that logically should survive termination (e.g. indemnity, disclaimers, limitation of liability, intellectual property) will survive.

SnapRemedy provides you with a trio of homeopathy remedies for your selected conditions. You may store it at home as a First-Aid kit. These are low dose, gentle and safe for you to self-medicate. These remedies are based on my decades of experience in treating acute and chronic conditions of homeopathy but they are not a replacement for a profession consultation. Consider these as first aid and I encouorage you to follow-up with us for a full consultation. Please read this doucment carefully before proceeding. The option of purchase is available only in the US. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Not a Replacement for Emergency Medical Care

This homeopathy remedy kit is intended as a supportive, non-emergency wellness product. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In the event of a serious or life-threatening condition, you should immediately seek emergency care or consult your primary healthcare provider.

2. General Wellness Use

The remedies included are commonly used in homeopathy for minor, acute conditions such as bruises, minor inflammation, or irritation. They are not intended to treat chronic, undiagnosed, or serious medical conditions without appropriate medical consultation.

3. Responsibility of Use

You understand that the remedies are provided for personal use and should be used in accordance with the accompanying instructions. Dosage recommendations are general in nature, and you are encouraged to consult with a licensed or certified homeopath for personalized guidance. 4. Individual Response May Vary

Homeopathy is based on individualized care. While these remedies are widely used and considered safe when used as directed, results may vary from person to person, and no outcome can be guaranteed. This is a not a combination of remedies or polypharmacy. The trio of medicines need to be taked at an interval of 5–10 minutes.

5. No Medical License Implied

This kit and its contents are provided by Homeopathy Health Hub (HHH), operating under California’s Health Freedom statute (SB 577), which permits the practice of alternative and complementary healing arts. The providers are not licensed medical doctors in the state of California.

6. Informed Consent

By using this kit, you consent to the use of homeopathic remedies as part of your wellness plan and acknowledge that you have not been promised a cure or guaranteed outcome. In addition, you will not hold the practitioner or Homeopathy Health Hub liable for outcomes resulting from self-administration or deviation from provided instructions.

7. Consult a Professional

Always consult a qualified homoeopath before starting any homoeopathic treatment. Consider joining Homeopathy Health Hub for professional guidance and follow-up support.

8. Dosage & Potency

SnapRemedy potencies include 30C and 200C. Keep an interval of 5–10 minutes between remedies. They may also be mixed in 10 oz of water, gargled, and swallowed. You may also put the water in a spray bottle and spray it inside your mouth. Do not consume raw garlic, raw onion, or mouth fresheners during remedy intake. Alcohol and strong coffee are known to antidote the effects of homeopathic remedies and should be avoided when on homeopathic care. If symptoms persist, stop and consult your homeopath.

9. Frequency

Remedies can be taken every 1–2 hours during acute symptoms and reduced to 3–4 times a day as symptoms improve. The best time to take the remedy is when you first feel it starting — for example, a sneeze before your allergy is fully developed, or a slight scratch in your throat, or a mild headache before a migraine. They can also be taken in anticipation of an acute flare — for example, if you are traveling and know you experience motion sickness or skin flare-ups. You may take these remedies for a few days before travel for best results. If symptoms persist, stop and consult your homeopath.

10. Monitor Progress

Keep track of your symptoms and progress and consult your homoeopath for any necessary adjustments.
